This position is located on the WCJC Wharton Campus.The duties of the Accounting Clerk includes all applicable requirements necessary to process accounts payable for all campuses including obtaining proper supporting documentation on vendors, setting up and maintaining vendors in the MIS System, processing invoices, distributing purchase orders, entering journal vouchers, and completing special assignments assigned by the Controller.
