Amazing opportunity for one who is toward the beginning of their career path in Accounting. This is a very classy Family Office that manages venture fund and investment portfolios.

Daily cast and publicly traded stocks reconciliations , coordinating bank transfers and oversee cash management, post daily trust/checking activity, report to fund managers and clients, weekly accounts payable for multiple clients, reconcile credit card statements, petty cash, trust, checking and brokerage accounts, cash flow projects. Assist the Tax Manager with various tax matters.

Would like a person who is great with MS Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks & Excel.
