Start your path to a WG NSTAR career today! Schedule : M-F 8am-5pm, Hybrid, requiring 3 days per week in office at minimum Location : Hillsboro, OR The principal duties and responsibilities will be : .

Perform high volume candidate sourcing for positions as assigned Plan and conduct recruitment screening calls with the team and operations managers Schedule candidate interviews Manage the Recruitment database leading to the Employee Data Systems.

Requiring 3 days per week in office at minimum Requirements : 1 years experience working in recruitment 2 years experience working as part of a team Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc) Ability to work both independently and collectively with a team Preferred : Experience recruiting in Semi or Manufacturing Other compensation : We offer Benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Paid Vacation, and Select Holidays, Overtime Opportunities, Compressed Work Week Schedules, On-site Facilities & Career Development Opportunities.
