Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager/Landscape Architect with at least 10 years of professional experience to join our Landscape Architecture team in the West Palm Beach Office.

Projects will include a wide range of public and private landscape projects including: parks, country clubs, streetscapes and municipal facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide design/technical guidance to LA Designers and Senior Designers and oversee the development of construction packages including:
• Landscape Plans
• Irrigation Plans
• Hardscape Plans
• Site Amenity Plans
• Prepare conceptual plans by hand and in CAD for LA Designers to further develop
• Prepare renderings
• Prepare detailed opinion of construction cost estimates
• Provide feasibility and landscape inspection reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university
• Minimum 10 years related experience with current license
• Professional Landscape Architecture Certificate Required
• Must understand the relationship between design and constructability
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
