About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking an Operations Associate Manager within the Enterprise Complaints and Remediations (ECR) organization. In this role, you will: Supervise a team of Operation Specialists responsible for moderately complex transactional and operational tasks such as processing servicing related tasks, identifying problems, improving service levels and develop metric to measure growth and performance Ensure timely completion, quality and compliance within the operation area Work independently on moderately complex issues and projects Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development and escalates issues to senior management Provide training, performance, evaluation and coaching of less experienced team Make daily supervisory decisions and resolve moderately complex business issues related to team supervision, work allocation and daily operational tasks under direction of Operations management Leverage interpretation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including senior managers Lead team to achieve objectives Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Operations Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent Required Qualifications: 2 years of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 1 years of leadership experience Desired Qualifications: 1 year of Supervisory or Management experience in a financial operations environment 1 year of banking or financial operations experience 1 years’ experience leading, training, and providing feedback to staff and corresponding managers 1 years’ experience influencing, partnering, and negotiating with senior business leaders to accomplish business goals Experience leading a fast paced, demanding, and deadline driven production environment Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities Strong, clear, and concise written and oral communication skills Knowledge and understanding of SharePoint Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills preferred JIRA experience/Agile experience preferred Job Expectations: This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
