Our organization, Customer Excellence Data and Analytics (CEDA), sits within Enterprise Remediations and Complaints and focuses on being Wells Fargo’s leading data and analytics organization in solving business problems, finding actionable insights, proactively mitigating risk, and enabling operational excellence. CEDA supports the Wells Fargo enterprise with business enablement and analytics that solve problems, drive efficiency, sustain a strong risk, and control environment. We use our expansive knowledge of data to operationalize analytic solutions. Within CEDA, this role will be a part of Strategy, Transformation and Automated Controls (STAC) supporting our Automated Controls program. Automated Controls supports the development, design, and execution of event driven risk & control solutions that prove to be effective at strengthening control environments. Our mission is to build common controls for use within business lines to enable operationalizing people data solutions that bring about more accurate and efficient risk coverage. These solutions enhance risk coverage with the goal of 100% risk detection along with 100% correction capabilities for the frontline. This role will role will support multiple facets of the program including product area management, solutions, and operational project support. The role spans multiple teams within STAC and will need to be agile, flexible and drive to be the liaison between the business and delivery teams, partner with peers and customer teams to understand current risk, control processes, and design a solution of features to meet customer requirements and reduce reliance on manual activities a lastly to support and drive internal projects. In this role, a successful candidate will focus on the customer while thinking creatively to meet needs timely. Daily program management of new intake, and in-flight work to ensure target delivery dates are viable will require the successful candidate to be highly organized and able to balance competing priorities, while still being able to clearly and concisely communicate status, issues, and risks to senior leaders. In this role, you will: Lead operations or demand management for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group Required Qualifications: 5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: 5 years project management experience 2 years' experience Controls or Quality Assurance processes 2 years data and analytics support skills experience Experience building strong partnerships and consulting effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders Experience with communicating strategy development and implementation Ability to understand short- and long-term costs, benefits, and risks of deployed solutions Strong, clear, and concise written and oral communication skills Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities Job Expectations: This position offers a hybrid work schedule Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
