Studio Partner Opportunity:
We are currently in search of a Studio Partner to assume a pivotal role within a We Whiten studio. As a Studio Partner, you will act as an independent "owner," overseeing the business with a competitive base salary, an enticing bonus structure, and a share of the location's profits distributed annually. This unique opportunity provides entrepreneurial individuals with the chance to forge a fulfilling career within a profit-sharing framework that recognizes skills and commitment. The Studio Partner will employ effective management strategies, utilize marketing tactics, showcase consultative sales abilities, and uphold outstanding customer service standards to exceed performance benchmarks. This position necessitates proficiency in driving studio sales and ensuring the location's success in the market.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of We Whiten treatments and retail products, surpassing performance targets and enriching the customer journey.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations, ensure a hygienic and secure environment, and lead the team in resolving customer issues to ensure superior service delivery.
  • Act as the primary Whitening Specialist, establishing clear expectations, offering continuous training and guidance, and conducting regular performance evaluations to empower team members.
  • Manage operational facets such as inventory control, orders, and compliance with labor regulations.
  • Cultivate a positive workplace atmosphere where team members feel valued, achievements are acknowledged, and concerns are addressed promptly and equitably.

Key Areas of Focus:
Customer Service:

  • Foster a customer-centric mindset among the team.
  • Proactively tackle guest service concerns and scheduling obstacles.
  • Deliver exceptional service and introduce clients to our teeth whitening products and treatment options.

Sales:

  • Lead as the primary Whitening Specialist and foster a sales-driven culture.
  • Establish and achieve sales objectives by motivating the team and leading by example.
  • Provide training and guidance on product and treatment plan sales.

People:

  • Recruit and retain top talent.
  • Support team growth and promote a culture of collaboration and continuous enhancement.
  • Demonstrate expertise in teeth whitening procedures and mentor Whitening Specialists to exceed expectations.

Business Analysis:

  • Take ownership of business performance and enjoy the benefits of ownership.
  • Analyze trends and identify areas for improvement.
  • Effectively communicate action plans and evaluate business performance.

Administration:

  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks such as inventory management and payroll.
  • Manage employee schedules and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and termination processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal Studio Partner for We Whiten will possess a passion for sales, an entrepreneurial mindset, and strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. They will be self-motivated, willing to work diligently to achieve results in their "own" business, and dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 years of sales and management experience in service or retail industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience as a revenue generator.
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with limited oversight.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Capability to perform various physical activities.
  • Comfort with technology and computer usage.
  • Occasional lifting/moving of up to 25lbs.

Personality/Other Traits:

  • Confidence in skills and adaptability to varying schedules.
  • Discretion with sensitive information.
  • Acceptance of constructive criticism.
  • Driven, accountable, and self-sufficient leadership qualities.
  • History in beauty industries such as med spas, esthetics, or pharmaceutical sales is advantageous.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
