Studio Partner Opportunity:
We are presently in search of a Studio Partner to assume a pivotal role within a We Whiten studio. As a Studio Partner, you will function as an autonomous "proprietor," overseeing the business with an enticing base salary, an appealing bonus structure, and a share of the studio's profits distributed annually. This distinct opportunity offers entrepreneurial individuals the chance to forge a fulfilling career within a profit-sharing framework that rewards skill and dedication. The Studio Partner will deploy effective management techniques, employ marketing strategies, exhibit consultative sales prowess, and uphold exceptional service standards to exceed performance benchmarks. This position demands excellence in driving studio sales and ensuring the location's success within the market.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Propel sales of We Whiten treatments and retail merchandise, surpassing set targets and enriching the customer journey.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations, uphold cleanliness and safety standards, and lead the team in resolving customer issues to ensure top-notch service delivery.
  • Function as the primary Whitening Specialist, establishing clear expectations, delivering ongoing training and guidance, and conducting regular performance evaluations to empower team members.
  • Oversee operational facets such as inventory management, ordering, and compliance with labor regulations.
  • Foster a positive workplace atmosphere where staff feel appreciated, performance is acknowledged, and concerns are addressed promptly and equitably.

Roles and Duties:
Customer Service:

  • Cultivate a customer-centric ethos within the team.
  • Proactively tackle guest service concerns and scheduling obstacles.
  • Deliver exceptional service and introduce clients to our teeth whitening offerings and treatment options.

Sales:

  • Lead as the primary Whitening Specialist and cultivate a sales-driven culture.
  • Establish and achieve sales objectives by inspiring the team and setting a precedent.
  • Provide training and guidance on product and treatment plan sales.

People:

  • Recruit and retain top talent.
  • Support team growth and cultivate a culture of collaboration and continuous enhancement.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in teeth whitening procedures and mentor Whitening Specialists to exceed expectations.

Business Analytics:

  • Assume accountability for business performance and reap the benefits of ownership.
  • Analyze trends and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Effectively communicate action plans and evaluate business performance.

Administration:

  • Ensure precise and punctual completion of tasks such as inventory management and payroll.
  • Manage employee schedules and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and termination procedures.

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal Studio Partner for We Whiten will harbor a passion for sales, an entrepreneurial spirit, and robust leadership and problem-solving abilities. They will be self-driven, willing to invest effort in building their "own" business, and dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 years of sales and management experience in service or retail sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication proficiencies.
  • Demonstrated track record as a revenue generator.
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial setting with minimal oversight.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended durations.
  • Proficiency in performing various physical tasks.
  • Comfort with technology and computer usage.
  • Occasional lifting/moving of up to 25lbs.

Personality/Other:

  • Confidence in skills and adaptability to varying schedules.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Receptiveness to constructive criticism.
  • Driven, accountable, and self-reliant leadership qualities.
  • Background in beauty industries such as med spas, esthetics, or pharmaceutical sales is advantageous.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
