About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a Studio Manager to take on a pivotal role within our We Whiten studio. As a Studio Manager, you will operate independently as the "owner," overseeing business operations with a competitive base salary, an attractive bonus plan, and a share of the location's profits as a yearly bonus. This position offers entrepreneurial individuals the opportunity to build a rewarding career within a profit-sharing model based on their skills and efforts. The Studio Manager will implement effective management strategies, drive sales, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold the success of the location in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of We Whiten treatments and retail products, exceeding performance goals.
Manage daily operations, ensuring a clean and safe environment, and resolving customer issues effectively.
Lead by example as the primary Whitening Specialist, providing training, mentorship, and performance reviews to the team.
Oversee operational details such as inventory management and compliance with labor laws.
Cultivate a positive workplace culture where employees feel valued and connected to our mission.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Coach team members to prioritize customer service.
Address guest service issues and schedule challenges.
Deliver outstanding service and introduce clients to our products and treatments.
Sales:
Lead sales efforts and foster a sales culture.
Set goals and motivate the team to achieve results.
Train team members in product and treatment plan sales.
People:
Recruit and retain talent.
Support team development and collaboration.
Demonstrate expertise in teeth whitening processes.
Business Analytics:
Monitor business performance and identify areas for improvement.
Communicate action plans effectively.
Analyze business metrics and trends.
Administrative:
Manage tasks such as inventory and payroll.
Coordinate employee schedules and compliance with regulations.
Handle hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate for Studio Manager at We Whiten will possess a passion for sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to solve problems independently. The Studio Manager should have a track record of driving sales, developing talent, and thriving in an entrepreneurial environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
2 years of Sales, Management, and Customer Service experience.
Ability to excel in an entrepreneurial environment with limited oversight.
Passion for helping others look and feel their best.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to identify and solve problems effectively.
Proficiency in setting and interpreting sales goals.
Self-motivated with an ownership mentality.
Flexibility to work a retail schedule.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements:
Extended periods of standing and walking.
Frequent use of computers and technology.
Occasional lifting/moving of up to 25lbs.
Personality/Other:
Confidence in skills and ability to adjust to varying schedules.
Acceptance of constructive criticism and willingness to learn.
