Studio Manager Position Overview:

We are currently in search of a dynamic Studio Manager to take on a pivotal role within the We Whiten family. As a Studio Manager, you will operate independently as the "owner" of the studio, overseeing day-to-day operations with a competitive base salary, an enticing bonus plan, and the opportunity for additional earnings based on the location's profitability (EEBITA). This unique position offers entrepreneurial-minded individuals the chance to build a prosperous career within a profit-sharing model, where success is directly tied to one's skills and efforts invested in the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of We Whiten treatment packages and retail products, surpassing performance goals and ensuring exceptional client experiences.
  • Oversee daily operations, maintain a clean and safe environment, and lead the team in resolving customer challenges promptly and effectively.
  • Serve as the primary Whitening Specialist, providing clear guidance, ongoing training, and mentorship to team members.
  • Manage operational tasks such as inventory management, orders, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture where employees feel valued, performance is recognized, and issues are addressed promptly and fairly.

Primary Duties:

Customer Service:

  • Cultivate a customer-centric mindset among team members.
  • Proactively address guest service issues and scheduling challenges.
  • Introduce clients to our teeth whitening products and treatment plans.

Sales:

  • Lead by example as the primary Whitening Specialist.
  • Cultivate a culture of sales excellence within the team.
  • Set and achieve sales goals through motivation and training.

People:

  • Recruit, train, and retain top talent.
  • Support team development and foster a culture of collaboration.
  • Demonstrate expertise in teeth whitening processes and products.

Business Analytics:

  • Analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop action plans based on performance metrics.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Administrative:

  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in tasks such as inventory management and payroll.
  • Manage employee schedules and compliance with regulations.
  • Handle hiring, onboarding, training, and termination processes.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal Studio Manager at We Whiten will possess a passion for sales, an entrepreneurial spirit, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills. They will thrive in an independent role, working hard to achieve results in their "own" business while delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving sales goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 years of Sales Experience
  • 2 years of Management Experience in service or retail industries
  • 2 years of Customer Service Experience
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with limited oversight
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Capability to perform various physical activities such as reaching, kneeling, and stooping
  • Comfortable with frequent use of computers and technology
  • Occasional lifting/moving of up to 25lbs

Personality/Other:

  • Confidence in skills and adaptability to varying schedules
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Accountability and self-sufficiency in leadership

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
