Job Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and schedule grooming appointments
- Provide information to callers and visitors about company products, services, and policies
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with order entry and processing
- Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Transcribe documents and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Skills:
- Proficient in office computerized systems, including data entry and order processing
- Experience working with animals is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed
This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
