• Position Type: Part Time - Saturday and Sunday
• Pay Range: $52-$60 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overseeing the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of dedicated nursing staff, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standards of care and support.
• Supervise and guide nursing staff in providing comprehensive and compassionate care to residents
• Ensure that all care plans are implemented effectively and in accordance with residents' individual needs
• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals and families to develop and implement care plans
• Oversee medication administration and ensure compliance with medication protocols
• Monitor and maintain accurate medical records for all residents
• Participate in staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation

REQUIREMENTS

• Registered Nurse license in the state of California
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing standards and practices
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience supervising a team of healthcare professionals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in electronic medical records systems
• CPR certification
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed

• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility
• Experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor
