We are looking for a professional and organized Billing Clerk to join us in supporting our dealership staff and customers while assisting us in building and representing our brand.

Responsibilities:

• Examines contracts to assure conformity to specified requirements
• Verifies all documents are signed and completed properly
• Maintains Customer Satisfaction (CSI) at or above company standards
• Processes paperwork on a timely basis
• Posts new and used deals to accounting books
• Issues checks for lien payoffs and submit to financial institutions
• Reconciles schedules

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications, Licenses):

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Automotive Accounting or ADP experience a preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks.
• Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook)
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environment
• Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
