Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales/Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The Sales/Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring the store meets sales targets, providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and leading a team of retail associates.

Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store sales targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Train and develop retail associates to provide exceptional customer service
- Conduct employee orientation and ongoing training programs
- Manage shift schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient store operations
- Conduct interviews and hire qualified candidates for open positions
- Provide coaching and performance feedback to retail associates
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner

Skills:
- Proven experience in retail sales and management
- Strong training and development skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
