Experienced Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Accounts Payable/Receivle Specialist. An Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist under the leadership of the Office Manager will provide exceptional customer service that will exceed expectations. The main purpose of this position is to complete payments and control expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, ad reconciling invoices.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Checks all invoices / vouchers and obtains appropriate payment approval
• Prepares account payable checks
• Posts all open items in DMS on a daily basis
• Prints all accounts payable reports and maintains all account payables files
• Reconciles statement and the ledger making sure that all payments are consistent with dealership schedules

Compensation

Starting at $24.00 p/hour

Education and/or Experience Required

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• 2-3 years of Accounts Payable experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations (Including Driver's License)

Valid Driver’s License
