Role Summary: We are currently looking for an Aftermarket and Field Service Coordinator to join our team. This essential role involves managing aftermarket sales, coordinating field service operations, and ensuring our customers receive exceptional support. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate field service activities, including installations, maintenance, and repairs, to meet customer needs and ensure optimal service delivery.
• Manage the aftermarket sales process, handling inquiries, parts sales, service contracts, and warranty claims efficiently.
• Develop and sustain strong customer relationships, providing solutions that meet their needs and bolster their confidence in our products.
• Act as a liaison between customers, service engineers, and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and timely technical support.
• Monitor and report on field service and aftermarket sales activities, keeping management informed and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
• Assist in developing and maintaining service policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer service quality.
• Provide logistical and administrative support to the field service team, including arranging travel, processing expenses, and managing schedules.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance service delivery and customer support.

Requirements:

• Associate degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field, complemented by relevant work experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in service coordination, aftermarket sales, or similar roles, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a proven track record of resolving issues and building customer relationships.
• Experience with industrial ovens or similar equipment is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Team-oriented, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites or other company locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
