We are seeking a self-motivated, high energy, financial professional to join one of the fastest growing financial services teams in Ohio. The ideal candidate should have an entrepreneurial spirit but also thrive in a team environment. This individual will be responsible for fostering and establishing new client relationships but will be walking into an established book of business for them to service day one.

Position Characteristics:

• This individual will walk into an existing book of business and is expected to foster and grow those relationships.
• Warm leads will be provided on a monthly basis and it is expected that this individual will win the business for our team.
• This is a motivated individual that is most comfortable on the phones or in meetings engaging current or prospective clients
• Knowledge of the financial markets and passion for financial services is expected (i.e. investment models, life, disability, long-term care insurances)
• It will be expected that this person helps our team develop seminar/webinar initiatives and other marketing activities.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferred; minimum of 1-year financial services or related experience
• A valid and active Series 6 or 7 required
• A valid and active Series 65, 63 or 66 preferred
• A valid and active Ohio Insurance License required
• Strong client service and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
• Technology proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook required. Experience with CRM systems.
• Experience in a high volume environment is preferred.
• Excellent personal organization, time management skills, and superior attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,686.00 - $88,565.00 per year
