Summary

Responsible for performing professional basic routine diagnostic procedures for patients from adolescent to geriatrics. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education

Minimum: Graduate of an accredited school of radiology

Experience

Minimum: 1-2 years in a general hospital setting
Preferred: Cardiac Cath Lab or Special Procedures

Certifications/Licensure

Minimum: Possession of current Texas State registration and ARRT
Preferred: Certification in specialty

Required Courses/Completions (e.g., CPR): Must have active healthcare provider Basic Life Support on
hire (ARC or AHA); however, must have AHA Healthcare Provider BLS within 60 days of hire
