Westmoreland County is seeking applicants for the position of Human Resources Manager at Westmoreland Manor. The purpose of this position is to provide Human Resource guidance to assigned department heads and staff. This position is responsible for establishing and enforcing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all employment regulations mandated by County, State and Federal laws as well as the Pennsylvania Department of Health mandates for Long Term Care facilities.
Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Personnel Administration or a related field. Additionally, 5 years of experience in human resources specifically in healthcare facility or any combination of education and experience will be considered.
