Description

The concierge assistant will provide various services to residents and staff while maintaining high levels of hospitality and customer service.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITY:

• Perform the health screening process of visitors.
• Deliver packages, groceries, and other items as needed to residents and staff.
• Escort guests or vendors to their destinations on campus.
• Assist postal clerk with mail delivery as needed.
• Answer and transfer phone calls.
• Answer resident, guest, and vendor questions.
• Communicate with other departments pertaining to their visitors or vendors arriving on campus via phone or radio.
• Assist with various tasks such as car wash coordination, pet grooming pet transport, and other services.
• Transport residents around campus via golf cart shuttle.
• Perform one-on-one resident requests in resident apartments.
• Strong and consistent hospitality and customer service skills.
• Perform additional job tasks as required by supervisor.

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Prior senior living experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.

PHYSICAL DEMAND:

• Ability to stand for a prolonged amount of time.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, reach, and squat.
• Ability to push a resident in a wheelchair (up to 300 pounds); lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to walk and push a bell cart simultaneously.
