This is not a remote position

This individual is responsible for but not limited to: answering incoming calls to the resort and must have good typing skills, a pleasant attitude and excellent phone demeanor. The PBX Telephone Operator/ Concierges must work well handling a high volume of calls and be comfortable and able to answer questions relating to the hotel, giving directions, and making detailed reservations and recommendations. This position requires knowledge of hotel services, local events and venues and transportation options. This offers the opportunity to engage in casual conversation and to indulge special requests.

PBX Telephone Operator/ Concierges must have open availability and be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
