The Job:

As a Utility Porter, you will play a Pivotal role in ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our property, both indoors and outdoors. Your dedication to exceptional service will contribute to creating unforgettable experiences for our guests, leaving a lasting impression beyond their stay.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
• Properly dispose of waste by emptying trash receptacles in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Execute deep cleaning tasks as scheduled, maintaining a standard of excellence by shampooing extractor machines and polishing marble surfaces.
• Utilize floor cleaning machinery, such as polishers and extractors, to uphold pristine floor conditions throughout the facility.
• Conduct thorough sweeping and mopping of floors, prioritizing high-traffic areas and promptly addressing spills.
• Address ceiling cleaning needs, including dust and cobweb removal, to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Employ pressure washers and other equipment for exterior surface cleaning, including sidewalks, parking lots, and building exteriors.
• Utilize leaf blowers and vacuums to ensure debris removal, contributing to a hazard-free environment indoors and outdoors.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations when operating machinery and handling cleaning chemicals.
• Collaborate with team members to efficiently prioritize tasks and ensure completion of all cleaning duties.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in janitorial or facility maintenance roles is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and efficiency in task execution.
• Possesses the physical capability to lift heavy objects and work in various environmental conditions.
