This position is very rewarding with excellent earning potential. Supervisor assist Manager in the day-to-day production of marketing reps. Assist Manger in setting weekly schedules, perform one on one evaluations for all reps by-weekly assist in the Monthly team meetings. Report to Manager weekly for a one on one.Maintain professionalism, open door policy with all Reps, most importantly lead by example.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty proficiently.Excellent Communication skillsEnjoys working in a fast passed environmentPossess strong interpersonal skillsLeadership QualitiesMake decisions quickly and efficiently Duties and Responsibilities Assist Manager in recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, coaching and motivating sales associates. Assists Manger in one-on-one conversation weekly with each sales associate.Assist in the work performance of the staff in how they deliver the sales pitch and ensuring that the Company approved training program is delivered to all associates. Ensure that the standards and policies of both Westgate and our partners are upheld.
