Western Wisconsin Health is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) HR Generalist with a focus on Onboarding and Education to join our team! The HR Generalist- Onboarding & Education position coordinates the organization’s onboarding and training programs. Responsible for conducting orientation for providers, employees, contractors, and volunteers. Coordinates employee education and training including resources, registration, and tracking. Maintains required license and certification records for employees. The HR Generalist- Onboarding & Education assists with recruiting, department projects, and administrative duties. All of this is done to support the organization’s mission while living our values.
