We are seeking a temporary (2 years) Construction Project Manager
Responsibilities & Duties for Construction Project Manager:
- Working as the liaison with the architect and City of Suffolk.
- Identify and procure property to build.
- Manage the construction budget and any cost variances.
- Procure furnishings and equipment for the properties.
- Collaborate with the Division Directors and their staff to ensure the project meets the physical plant needs.
- 1-3 years construction project management experience
- Procurement knowledge/ experience
- Communication skills-Written and Verbal
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable DMV record at time of employment and continuously thereafter
