We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Data Analyst to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in data analysis, preferably within the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing project plans, specifications, and other documents to understand project scope and requirements.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and material quantity calculations based on project drawings.
• Research material and labor costs to ensure accurate pricing for bids and proposals.
• Collaborate with team to gather information and clarify project details.
• Input data into estimating software and spreadsheets to prepare cost estimates.
• Support the preparation of bid packages, including organizing documents and ensuring all necessary information is included.
• Participate in meetings with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders as needed.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of estimating processes and procedures.
• Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Currently pursuing a degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.

· Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.

· Familiarity with construction drawings, plans, and specifications.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards responsibilities.

· Prior internship or work experience in construction or estimating is a plus.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
