A Day in the Life
The Kitchen Service Worker is someone who cleans, sanitizes and returns to service all pots, pans, utensils and major equipment in the Cafeteria. This position is responsible for preparing all pots, pans, trays, utensils, etc., washing and sanitizing them in accordance to Safe Serve standards and returning them into service. Additionally, this position cleans and sanitizes all major pieces of cooking equipment and drain pans in the Cafeteria. Skill sets served include but are not limited to someone who is comfortable in a fast paced cafeteria environment, but is seeking a standard Monday-Friday work schedule.
