General Manager applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of management experience in a high-volume food service operation. Also, must have a proven track record of building sales, guest counts and profitability in their previous management positions. A Western Sizzlin General Manager is expected to be able to successfully recruit, train and retain an employee staff of 75 to 100 employees and assistant managers. Only serious applicants with the before mentioned qualifications need to apply.
