Western Reserve Hospital is Hiring a Phlebotomist Near Cuyahoga Falls, OH

Job Details

Description

Performs procedures involving blood collection, central receiving / specimen handling, and limited technical functions to assist the technologist in performing laboratory analysis.

Location : Western Reserve Hospital / Cuyahoga Falls, but may float to other labs as needed.

Education and Training

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Certificate in Phlebotomy or as a Medical Assistant preferred.
  • Valid Ohio driver's license.
  • Six months previous phlebotomy experience AND / OR completion of a Medical Assistant Program OR a Phlebotomy Program.
  • BLS certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire and / or transfer.

Experience
