Sales Representative- Parsippany, NJ

As the Sales Representative, you will serve as principle point for account development and management of selected Key & Liner Accounts within the Northeast USA Sales Territory.

*This position is a hybrid role. Employees work collaboratively in office on Tuesday and Wednesday in Parsippany, NJ*

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop account strategies to generate new business and profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction

• Attain all volume and revenue goals as set forth by Management

• Application of business plan and trade strategy for Key and Liner accounts
• Development of new business and markets within WW guidelines
• Work closely with Customer Care/Inside Sales, Documentation, Cargo Management and Operations to ensure that optimal service levels are maintained for the customer base
• Negotiating contracts
• Follow up of annual budget, forecasts, and actual performance analysis within established guidelines
• Identify key areas of improvement and promote challenger or disruptive sales approach

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Maritime/Logistics Sales
• Proven success with relationship management, multi-level customer engagement as well as multi-product and service offerings
• Demonstrated ability to drive and lead a sales organization or other customer related functions
• Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative- ability to foster an agile working environment
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
