Job Purpose:

The Regional Manager of the Mountain and Pacific Region holds a pivotal leadership role within the WIT organization, responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of business operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources, and driving the achievement of strategic goals and objectives. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop, motivate, and empower team members at each branch
• Drive sales growth through aligning sales team to market needs, and managing key customer relationships

• Overseeing day to day operations of the region
• Responsible for general facilities maintenance and contract overview of the facilities
• Responsible for maintaining a safe working environment for employees, customers, and visitors
• Implementation of company policies, goals, objectives, and procedures.
• Develop region budget and perform to budget. Review financial statements, other performance data, and goal achievement to determine areas needing cost reduction and/or productivity improvements.
• Work directly with supply chain to ensure effective branch/region inventory management
• Develop and drive key performance measures for both sales and operations 
• Ensure staff members receive timely and appropriate training and development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Management – Minimum 5 years of experience managing diverse teams including manufacturing and distribution facilities, and sales personnel
• 5-10 years of fluid power, motion control, or similar mechanical/technical, industry experience
• Financials – Minimum 3 years of experience managing profit and loss statements.
• Proficient with Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
•  Proven process improvement experience
• Must be team oriented, detail oriented, and able to multitask
• Experience with distribution software i.e.. Epicor Prophet21, a plus
• Proven management and sales experience
