Rhombus is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive high quality business and revenue from a specific regional territory. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, driven by success, self-motivated, hard-working and passionate about building and developing high performing sales teams and territories. You will work in a fast-paced environment, pivot as needed, and adapt quickly and positively to change. You will collaborate closely with the Sales Development Rep Manager, other Regional Sales Managers, the Channel team, and report to the VP of Sales.
\nWhat You'll Do:
This is a hybrid position based in Sacramento, CA. Candidates must be able to commute to the office as needed.
Compensation Range
$90,000 - $220,000
Salary range includes base salary and estimated on-target earnings. Additional forms of compensation, depending on the role, include sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and equity in the company. Individual pay is determined based on the candidate's primary work/hiring location and additional factors, such as skills and experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training. Further details about compensation for the role can be discussed during the interview process.
