As a company, Ole Mexican Foods has been driven to provide authentic Mexican Inspired foods for generations to come. The company’s founder, Veronica Moreno, began making and selling authentic tortillas in Atlanta, Georgia, in 1988. She used traditional ingredients and techniques passed down to her through generations from her native Mexico. **Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, warehouse management, and process improvement. **Responsibilities:** - Manage and optimize warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity - Oversee inventory control, receiving, storage, and order fulfillment processes - Develop and implement production planning strategies to meet demand requirements - Procure necessary materials and supplies for warehouse operations - Utilize transportation management systems to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments - Lead and mentor warehouse staff, including warehouse supervisors - Implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred) - Proven experience in warehouse management, NVOCC experience is a plus - Strong knowledge of logistics, demand planning, and order fulfillment processes - Familiarity with transportation management systems and warehouse software - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team - Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements - Strong organizational and communication skills This position offers a competitive salary based on experience along with benefits such as healthcare coverage, retirement plans, and opportunities for career advancement.
