Western Enterprises is a commercial property management company that services business parks in Anchorage, Wasilla, and Palmer. We have been in business for over 52 years and take great pride in our work and stellar reputation.
Western provides basic maintenance, as well as snow removal and landscaping, for most of the properties we manage. We may be called on to change lightbulbs, shovel sidewalks, coordinate emergency response to leaks and urgent plumbing problems, as well as painting and prepping a unit for move-in. Occasional overtime is required.
We are looking for an energetic, experienced technician who wants a long-term career opportunity. Must be eager to learn and able to work independently, producing high quality work and self motivated. Must be willing to travel to any sites at any time. This position is available for Anchorage based residents though there is some need to travel to Wasilla and Palmer at various times.
Qualifications:
· 3 years construction or maintenance experience
· Valid Alaska Driver’s License
· Your own reliable vehicle
· Valid car insurance
· Clean background check
· Good customer service skills
· Punctuality & reliability are a must
· Must have your own tools
This position is full time, year-round - we have no shortage of work at any point in the year. Wages start at $26 and are DOE. A company vehicle will be available after the 90-day probation period (take-home for residents of Anchorage only).
