PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review daily sales summaries and post revenues for corporate stores.
- Review store transactions to ensure all costs are properly recorded and payments properly applied.
- Prepare weekly bank reconciliations for corporate stores.
- Process invoices and vendor payments.
- Review transactions for proper coding, documentation, and approvals.
- Assist with the monthly financial closing and review process.
- Carry out other duties, tasks and special projects as assigned.
- Research discrepancies and issues as needed.
- Accounting/Finance Degree required.
- Deadline and detail-oriented is essential.
- 3 years of experience with Bank Reconciliations and General Ledger.
- A/P Experience a plus.
- Proficiency with Excel.
- Food and Beverage experience a plus.
- Aloha POS experience a plus.
- Restaurant 365 Accounting Software experience a plus.
