Job Title: Solution Delivery Lead - Corporate Systems Location: OH - Columbus What you'll do: The role will be responsible for directing a team of application developers and support experts that play a critical role in the development, monitoring and maintenance of Corporate Systems at Western Alliance Bank. The role includes a development management component. The development team supports the delivery of projects that require the build out of new capabilities. Other aspect of this role is a delivery leadership to implement COTS applications that are needed for different corporate business processes working closely with vendor partners, PMO, and other IT teams. What we are looking for: Responsibilities Expectations for Solution Delivery Lead: Project Leadership Drive IT Coordination for Delivery Build Against Standards Develop Project Plans Resource Management Technical Process Documentation ADO Optimization and Support Build and maintain the core responsibilities and accountabilities for this team and related performance measures, KPI/KRI’s Recruit and develop talented individuals who can understand the business objectives, rules and regulations and are able to translate into technical application related functions and capabilities. Develop a disciplined approach in vetting, implementing, and monitoring any change activity as well as monitoring and communicating issues/incidents in the daily course of business. Develop deep understanding of how our technology is tied together (networks, systems, vendors) and the role/responsibilities that each team plays in assuring our business is able to function at a high level of consistency and reliability. Works to develop a strong understanding and relationship with business partners. Qualifications: 12 years’ experience delivering operational or technical capabilities as a service to the organization; leading application management, development, support, IT change control and change management, business process improvement, IT application management, incident management. 12 years working with internal and external stakeholders. Seeking individuals with strong customer management expertise. 6 years leading people and developing expertise to manage a scaling environment, working to develop opportunities for people from within the organization and growing a team to be a leading contributor to our future success. Demonstrated leadership capabilities to communicate effectively in challenging situations and within various groups, teams and executive leadership. Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s a plus. Strong knowledge of banking industry and experience with corporate applications, process, and technology to support a financial institution. Strong knowledge of SaaS and COTS application implementation and integration. Fundamental knowledge on technical architecture to deliver a resilient processing environment is also desired.
