Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Have a passion for excellent customer service and an understanding of what it takes to be a positive team player.
• Must be sales driven and have a genuine desire to assist all customers with finding the wine that best suits their personal taste.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.
• Have a minimum basic knowledge of beer and wine.
• Ability to keep a clean and stocked work environment.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized station.
• Follow all Health and Safety policies and F&B procedures and standards.
• Use good judgement and discretion when serving alcohol.
• Take customers’ food and drink orders accurately and with a positive attitude.
• Be willing to assist kitchen and serving staff by delivering food to guests at the bar and on the main dining floor
• Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions.

Working Conditions and Requirements:

• MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OVER
• Must be available to workdays, evenings, holidays, and weekends - schedules may vary based on business demand.
• Reliable transportation to/from work is a must.
• Ability to lift/carry 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time.

Other Considerations:

• Maintain a professional appearance (appropriate grooming standards are property specific) and attitude.
• Hearing is critical to communicating by telephone and answering guest inquiries.
• Speech is critical to communicating with employees and guests.
