What you'll do:

The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Department is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of the Bank's risk management framework. As the Senior ERM Analyst, you play a key role in executing the Regulator Relations examination plan, overseeing logistics, and managing exam activities. You will report directly to the Regulatory Relations Manager and have a high-level of accountability.

What we are looking for:

  • Coordinate responses to regulatory inquiries.
  • Coordinate and organize regulatory meetings.
  • Ensure execution of an efficient regulatory exam management plan
  • Proactively and thoroughly coordinate all aspects of exam action plan.
  • Take ownership of various coordination related to regulatory examination planning.
  • Prepare regulatory examination meeting notes and track action item from meetings.
  • Track regulatory deliverables and ensure timely, complete, and accurate submissions.
  • Ensure material regulatory risks are communicated to management timely and accurately.
  • Contribute to all team effort by being flexible and taking on any other assignments as needed.
  • Work effectively with organizational lines of defense to accomplish shared business objectives.

What you will neesd to have:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of direct or related experience.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Progressive responsibility, previous leadership experience, in any of the three lines of defense.
  • Relevant industry and professional experience across one or more of the three lines of defense.
  • Knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
