We are seeking a Service Supervisor for our 262-home single-family rental community in San Antonio! As Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community and homes at all times. Requirements

• At least seven years of experience in on-site property maintenance with at least one year of supervisory experience.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Must provide your own general tools such as screwdrivers, hammer, pliers, drill drivers, wrenches, etc. 
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
• Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call every two weeks for emergencies.
• Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Working with the SFR Community Manager in hiring, training, motivating, supervising, and leading SFR Service Technician staff, to achieve service-related operational goals of the assigned community, and maintaining the confidentiality of all employee information. 
• Implementing an effective maintenance program to maintain a safe environment, cultivate resident satisfaction, and protect the investment of the property owner. 
• Performing or delegating maintenance tasks, and overseeing work performed by staff. 
• Maintaining all service and safety records in compliance with federal, state, and local law, and assisting in conducting inspections and safety meetings. 
• Performs any additional duties assigned by the SFR Community Manager or SFR Regional Director.

Work Days: Monday – Friday
Work Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm; Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies.
Required License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable, or willing to obtain a Driver’s License to meet these stipulations within 60 days; Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
