Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in retail sales and management, and a passion for delivering results.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure all orders are fulfilled within the specified timeframe.
• Prepare and pack orders, and assist to pick up and walk-in customers.
• Familiarize yourself with all product information.
• Plan and coordinate daily deliveries with drivers and maintain effective communication with team members.
• Liaise with drivers and customers to ensure adherence to delivery schedules and meet customer satisfaction.
• Provide customer service via phone, email, and WhatsApp messages.
• Identify and address issues promptly and effectively.
• Conduct quality checks on product packaging to ensure compliance with quality regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure inventory supply is sufficient at all times.
• Participate in job rotation as required for each role
• Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
• Requirements
• No prior experience required; fresh entry candidates are welcome.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office or

Google Workspace.

• Good team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with drivers, customers, and team members.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Adherence to hygiene practices and strict SOPs during handling goods.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Willingness to work 5 or 6 days a week on an alternating weekly basis.

Experience:
- Proven experience in E-commerce, retail sales and management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in retail math calculations
- Familiarity with wireless sales is a plus
- Knowledge of training development techniques
- Ability to effectively recruit and onboard new employees

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.20 - $20.90 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 38 per week
