ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring for seasonal Cocktail Servers to join our Summer 2024 Beach Club team. 

The Cocktail Server is responsible for assuring a pleasant and seamless Beach Club experience for all Members and Guests. This will be accomplished through taking Member and Guest beverage orders across all Beach Club areas and outlets, and working with Bar team to deliver orders in a timely manner.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Cocktail Server must complete all tasks and assignments assigned by the Beach Club Manager - Director of Food & Beverage, including but not limited to:

• Respond to Memberand Guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Maintain thorough knowledge ofmenu and restaurant promotions and specials
• Take guest beverageorders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
• Retrieve and deliverbeverage orders in a timely manner
• Replenish beveragesand ensure Member satisfaction throughout service
• Servealcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local andClub policies, procedures and regulations
• Perform additionalassignments as needed by Management and/or Supervisory team

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Must be 18 years of age or older to meet NYS Minor Law Guidelines
• Prior experience in a customer service, hospitality, food & beverage, or similar setting a plus
• Must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with fellow team members, management team, Members, and guests
• Must be customer service minded
• Must possess the ability to work within a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask Must be able to work a variable schedule, including weekends, holidays and special events as needed

PAY RANGE

$16.00-$18.00 hourly compensation, commensurate with experience
