Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative with an educational background to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. Duties:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track leads, manage customer information, and update sales activities
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale support
Skills:
- Proven experience in account management, customer service, or outside sales
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Fluent in English (preferred but not required)
- Ability to make informed business decisions
