Westaff is seeking a Secretary Specialist for a company located in Patterson, La.

Hours : Monday- Thursday 7 : 00AM- 2 : 00PM

Friday 7 : 00AM-1 : 00PM

Pay : $13.20 / hour weekly pay

Duties :

• Answering phone calls and address questions or redirecting calls when necessary
• Greet guests at front window and ensure front area is neat and presentable
• Accept packages, letters, rent and distribute them to proper personnel.
• Processing rent and other receivables.
• Handle some emails when appropriate.
• Maintain records and files and other minor office duties as assigned.
