Urgently Hiring a Warehouse Team Member in Becker, MN!!

Day shift- Hours flexible.

Pay rate : $20- $21. Based on experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Manage proper product rotation, temps and inventory controls
• Conduct e-commerce and B2B order fulfillment
• Load and unload trucks
• Build pallets and prep for shipping
• Manage off-site drop shipments
• Receive product verifying counts and PO validation
• Assist in logistics scheduling and estimating
• Send email confirmations of shipped order to customers when needed

Knowledge , Skills and Abilities :

• Must be comfortable working in cold environments (cooler and freezer)
• Previous experience in warehouse and / or fulfillment is required
• Must be able to work necessary hours to complete the fulfillment for the week. This will require a flexible schedule as weekly orders vary and require different amounts of time depending on the week.
• Able to consistently lift up to 50 lbs
• Capable in operating an electric pallet jack, forklift, stand-up and sit down to load, unload delivery trucks and pick orders in warehouse
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must
• Great attention to detail, problem solving, and multitasking is required
• Must be able to independently prioritize, organize, and have sense of urgency to meet deadlines
• Interest / previous experience in regenerative agriculture space
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record, ability to hold DOT health card preferred
