POSITION SUMMARY:
You are responsible for the mixing and assisting patrons with purchasing wine based cocktails and beer using a POS system. This is a fast paced counter style environment. Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be minimum 18 years of age.
• Solid basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register/POS system..
• Knowledge of alcohol service, manuals, training guides and other policies.
• Food Handlers Certification required, or must be completed within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
• Bi-Lingual a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills, energetic, enthusiastic and motivational.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Noise level may be moderate to high at times.
• Be able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time.
