Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering goods to our customers. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to operate various types of vehicles, and a strong commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Safely operate a box truck, express van
- Load and unload goods from the vehicle
- Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the office
- Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or issues
- Complete necessary paperwork and logbooks accurately
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle

Skills:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks such as loading and unloading
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers in a professional manner
- Familiarity with using GPS devices or navigation apps for efficient route planning
