We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join our virtual sales team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling insurance policies to clients. Duties:

• Provide accurate and detailed information about insurance products, coverage options, and rates.
• Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable policies based on their specific requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Process insurance applications, policy changes, and claims in a timely manner
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet company objectives

Skills:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate over the phone and zoom.
• Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Proficient in benefits administration and understanding different insurance coverage options.
