We are staffing a Growing auto dealership looking to add to their finance team! The winning candidate must be customer service focused and have the drive to succeed. This position will handle both Prime and Sub-Prime Customers Must be proficient at handling both prime and subprime customers.

Looking to hire an experienced Finance Manager with Secondary Experience

Great pay, great benefits, great work schedule

Must know structure and funding requirements for all secondary lenders in the area

Must be able to desk deals and use Dealer Track 

Verifiable bank references

Responsibilities:

• Sell finance and insurance products
• Strong closing skills
• Maintain proficiency and certifications as required for the position
• Work cooperatively with the sales desk to ensure maximum profit levels
• Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Prepare paperwork, contracts, and finalize deal paperwork with customers
• Collect and properly record down payments
• Ensure all deal packages are complete with proper documentation to lenders and follow department guidelines and documented workflow
• Accurately audit deals post-sale
• Ensure the expeditious funding of all contracts, gather missing stips as needed.
