 JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for maintaining network workstations and all peripheral equipment; includes assisting on installations of all equipment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for network support of PC workstations and peripherals.
• Assist in daily administration of Helpdesk environment.
• Assist in network decisions, planning and implementation of network strategies.
• Provide technical assistance in day-to-day information services projects.
• Maintain and update Helpdesk tracking software.
• Assist Network Administration with Network Maintenance support.
• Provide assistance when needed on all Network related issues.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum education requirement computer information systems degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with networks, or CNE Certification.

• Ability to perform constant repetitive hands and finger motions.
