West Coast Trial Lawyers, a downtown Los Angeles law firm, seeks a Spanish Speaking receptionist. No previous legal experience is required, but the ideal candidate will have experience working as a receptionist, secretary, or administrative assistant performing the following tasks:

• Answering, screening, and transferring telephone calls
• Interviewing prospective clients
• Scheduling meetings with new clients
• Scanning, faxing, copying, and mailing
• Collecting case information and documents
• Preparing and sending correspondence
• Updating case management software
• Maintaining case calendars
• Posting on social media sites

REQUIREMENTS

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Reliable and punctual
• Professional etiquette and appearance
• Excellent customer service skills. You will be talking to clients on a daily basis
